I will still sometimes see the occasional food safety violation, like using a rag to wipe down counters and the tops of equipment, and then use the same rag to wipe the nozzle of a dispenser, but since the recent renovation, there has been a huge jump in employee quality. I no longer feel like I'm being served by prison release day population. I really like the young people who have been working there lately. They seem much more dependable. Improvement noted!

I haven't tried the new fries yet, but I'm sorry they're changing them. While the amount of fries you get in the small combo is MUCH smaller than the amount you get with the similar combo at McDonalds, I always like BK's thicker fires better than McD.

I went through the drive thru on a lazy Saturday morning, and the asked to pull up front because the eggs would be "two minutes." Fifteen minutes later I'm walking in there to get it myself.

Please don't go here. Service is horrible, orders are always wrong, and staff is consistently rude. Three cars in your drive through and it take 35 minutes. Just, save yourself the time. Sometimes they aren't even open when they should be. It's absurdly bad.

This is the Burger King of my childhood. My family had a tradition of enjoying the Sunday 99 cent Whoppers (probably not available at that price anymore). I was like 10 years old and I would eat two of them and chase it down with whole milk. My mom also warned that when I grew up I'd see whoppers sell for $10 because of inflation. Hasn't happened yet but with the way things are going now that can't be too far off.

This place used to be classy. There used to be a salad bar, and there were lamps hanging over tables with stained glass displaying the Dr Pepper logo. Wooden seats and tables, brass trim, and live plants. Since then, two makeovers have reduced this to cheap plastic furnishings and jarring color choices.

It got worse. I've been in line at the window for over 15 minutes. There's only one truck ahead of me. Once again--not my food choice. SOMEONE wanted chicken fries. Seriously--there's a Taco Bell RIGHT THERE. But I'm stuck here in BK limbo hell. How is this place still open.

This place is terrible! First they have wrong prices posted on the menu board. When I told employee about it, she got an attitude. She said it's not the first time someone had said anything, then she said that she has told management on several occasions. I was fine paying an extra dollar, I was just bringing it up to her attention. No need to get the attitude. And to top it off, they couldn't even get the order right. I should have known since it was the only place in area not busy during breakfast time. Stay away and support business that care.

Have given this places and the firdt two my order was short, the third time it only took 10 minutes....for a $10 order. I'll stick with burger street and taco bell.

Had to wait 10 minutes till someone placed my order.my friends asked for a cheese whopper but there was no cheese. I asked for dipping sauce for my chicken nuggets and they charge me but there was no dipping sauce. And there was no ketchup at all. No lids were out for the drinks either. And they did not even have napkins
