Bella Nail Spa

This is the worst pedicure I have ever had. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Not only was I cut, the quality of the work is abhorent. Today was my first visit and will also be my last.

literally the worst nail experience I've ever had. my nails were thick and uneven lady did not give a damn doing them. took her like 30 minutes and this is what they looked like after she "fixed" them. went to pay and she ripped the card reader away before I could select a new nail tip because she for sure did not deserve $10. $67 for the worst nails I've ever seen.

I was in the shopping center and had specific nail art I trying to get done for my birthday trip. I showed the guy at the counter the picture and he said they could do this and to come back in 10 minutes.
The woman filed down my nails and refilled. I didn't say anything because there was a teeny tiny space and I figured no biggie. At least they look nice with the art. But she attempted the artwork couldn't get it right so I told her just forget it remove it. She removes it. We go up to the counter and I was really hoping she was going to say you know I couldn't give you what you wanted so I'm gonna let it go. But nope. they charged me for the refills that I really didn't need,
I did call the place to try to get a refund on my money and they said no they wouldn't do a refund. I feel they were dishonest and wish they had just been upfront about their capabilities. Have they been honest to begin with? I wouldn't of wasted my time

Three stars because they often do a good job. However, 1 star for rudeness. There are two manicurists that are personable, the rest are very curt and don't interact well. Many do not speak much English, so it is difficult to communicate. Sometimes other manicurists will help with translating, but for the most part, you're left to struggle.
They do however interact with each other very loudly and one gets the impression we're being discussed. I've always tipped well, because they do a good job. Now despite the convenience of Bella, I now go to Lux Nails in Brennan Station. They do a good job and are delightful.

Do not go here. I went here for acrylic nails with gel polish and asked for almond shape and THIS is what I got. I paid 45$ (not including tip!) for these weird sharp nubs... she also cut my my thumb really badly in the process, as pictured, and it still really hurts. The friend I was with also got a really bad cut from a different person. I initially asked for stiletto shape, and the person didn't know what that was (at a nail salon!) and after asking for almond I got this. I cannot believe I paid money for this and now will have to go somewhere else and pay again to get them redone.

Hello stopped by to get my eyebrows done and when I went to sign in all of my nails got ink from the pens that were in the container. You could not see the ink ,when I asked for my nails to repaired they would not honor the request. I called later to speak to a manager and was told to come back and they would repair. When I arrived they would not honor what I was told on the phone. Horrible service. They might be good at what they do but clearly don't understand that customer satisfaction is the key to success.

This place does not follow santitation guidelines recommend for salons. I saw them using cutical clippers on several people and they don't use anything in between the autoclave. I told them I don't want my cuticles cut and they gave me a terrible look when I asked how they clean their tools between clients. Run forest run!!

I have been going to this nail salon for a couple of years now. First of all, that being just said is they do an excellent job as to why I keep going back. When the pandemic hit, and when they were able to open up again, I was so happy! Kim is so precise with satisfying the the job she does. She is the one I wish to prefer. I have her do my manicures and pedicures but when she is not available, everyone else who has done my nails has done an excellent job. The salon is extremely clean as it was even before the pandemic. I highly recommend this nail salon.

They did a great job on my nails and toes. The design I had in mind wasn't something that the tech could do (a shamrock for St Patrick's day) and after 2 attempts she suggested a different design. She at least tried and I still ended up liking my nails.
I just wish there was a place in Raleigh that could be a little more artistic and handle some nail art!

Very pleasant experience. I walked in without an appointment in the afternoon but was taken back for a pedi immediately. The woman who did my nails was very sweet, quiet, careful and efficient. She also gave a great leg and foot massage. The place is fresh, clean and new looking. I met a friend there so I didn't choose it. The pedi was $30 which is a bit on the high side, but for the service I received it was worth it. I will certainly return. One thing I noticed about this nail spa is that all of the employees seemed to genuinely want to help you, whether it be keeping your massage chair going, refilling your drink or helping you over to the nail drying station. This kind of customer appreciation goes a long way.
