Great store. It took roughly 4 minutes from ordering to picking up my order. My order was prepared fast and accurate. It was delicous!!!

This location is usually nice and neat workers. My food is always fresh never had any issues.

I'm currently sitting in line for an hour for a simple Big Beaufort combo. There is a line of angry customers. No one is telling us what is happening. This was an awful experience and is a common occurrence at this location. It's a shame that basic communication is an issue in letting us know of the delay. I now remember why I travel the extra distance to the Dorchester road location, because what is this?

I wasn't going to review this, but since ive been waiting (trapped in) the drive thru for over 15mins, only 3 cars back, I might as well. Lets see... Only 1 lane open, but no sign to tell you so and the girl working the window could not figure out a simple 2 combo order.
When we finally got to the pick up window, the girl's first words were: "So, what did you order?"
Needless to say, after some laughs and some explinations we got our food.
Was it good? No. But I don't know what expecting really. Glad you can't go inside really since the whole place looked dirty.

Well, I must say...pretty fantastic! The service was excellent, but the food was to die for. The pickles were exquisite -- perfect crunch with the utmost juiciness. The patty was cooked to my requested medium rare.

I must say, I did have one gripe, and thus, I removed (1) star from my review. The Diet Coke was flat.

Cooks messed up order on purpose then, refused to remake it. They offered us a side of what we ordered on our sandwiches. They seemed irritated that we didn't want just regular cheeseburgers, and did not seem to care that our food was not correct. It's not always like this it depends on the employees working .

This Checkers location on Remount Road is a well managed Checkers that is a reliable stop for all things sandwiches, fries, and much more when you are hungry and need something fast. It is easy to get in and out with exactly what you need for a good value. I have had a positive experience every time I have been here.

no service bc the drive through is automated.
