Crispy Cones

I loved the ice cream here. It has a cold pure smooth taste. had the special cone, coconut flavor and the special ice cream flavor which was pineapple coconut swirl. I liked it a lot. The place is part of the office complex as your turn and I parked in the free garage labeled Oregon Street !
Crispy cones has indoor and out door seating and would make a great spot for a group of weekend walkers or an after school group. I know you'll love the ice cream here and I hope you get to stop in soon!

Stay as far away as you can from this place. I stopped by on Friday night with friends when we saw they were open late. We made the drive over and arrived at 10pm.

The patio was busy as there were several people eating and when we walked in there was a couple ordering on the iPad. The employee gave us a look and literally rolled his eyes as he saw us walk in. He did not greet us nor did he say anything but kept on making an order with his stanky attitude. We stood there a little confused not knowing how this process worked. Once we realized everything was ordered / selected via the iPad we began to make our order.

We ordered one vanilla / chocolate soft serve with cookie dough pieces and one crispy cone with cookie butter, raspberry sauce, and whipped cream.

By the time we finished placing our order, another worker came out from the back and started sweeping and cleaning the already clean tables. She also had a look like she did not want to be there. We waited a few minutes and our orders came out separately and just left on the counter.

We walked out as soon as we grabbed our desserts. The dessert were basic af and not worth it. Overpriced, basic, and the service SUCKS.

Such a good dessert shop! The specialty cone was a caramel candied outer filling and I chose nutella to be spread inside with a drizzle of caramel and kitkat topping. The ice cream I chose was coffee and it was delicious! Not too overpowering and the cone was soft. I was hesitant and thought it was hard but it was soft and yummy! I'm definitely coming back!

Tried Crispy Cones for the first time and loved it! The cones are so good, but the soft serve steals the show. It's a perfect combination!Toppings, fillings, and sauce come included, so you can make it exactly how you want! They offer a wide range of options, too.
I lived in the Czech Republic for a brief time, and these are just like Trdelník's that you get there. Such a cool history to the business - these are spot on!

Came in on Friday night and received bad customer service. The worker could care less and rolled his eyes as we walked in. He did not greet us or say a word to us the entire time we were there.

We were confused as to how to order but then figured our that everything is done on the tablet and there is basically no interaction with the workers. Makes sense as to why the worker was on mute the whole time.

The dessert itself was basic and nothing special, pass.

Had to try this and we were not disappointed! We had a oreo Cone with swirl ice cream topped with oreos and a regular come with swirl salted caramel ice cream.

With were good, maybe next time I'll try the Nutella or cookie butter spread and get adventurous with toppings. definitely shareable, we couldn't finish our portions each!

I was excited to try this place after seeing it on shark tank! The interior of the shop was nice and clean with clear instructions on how to order. However the dessert itself was a bit disappointing. I got the coconut crispy cone with vanilla ice cream, Oreo topping and raspberry sauce. The ice cream just tasted like.. any other vanilla soft serve. Which was fine but crispy cone... It was not what I expected it to be. It was really nothing special. I'm not sure if the coconut flavoring threw it off but it didn't even taste like coconut? More lemony which was weird. I wish the cones were fresher? It tasted like it's been out for a while.

Soft serve ice cream served in a cinnamon sugar cone. Ice cream is great, the cone wasn't my favorite. There is a tablet to place hour order making the interaction with customer a little limited. It's a cute little shop in downtown Chandler

Im glad more places are starting to open later in the day as midnight was the closing time when I went. First and foremost the interior of this place was nice and clean. Minimal and muted colors are just my style. Glad to have another rotisserie style dough cone place and one seen on TV' (Shark Tank). The vanilla ice cream by itself was delicious enough and adding cookie butter/ Biscoff was a great addition of additional sweetness. I will say compared to another place doing the same, their cones are bigger, double the cone size actually but to each their own.

I love the self service order kiosk as it's easy and fast checkout!

This unique concept featured in Shark Tank is located in Downtown Chandler is open till 11pm on the weekend and 10pm on weekdays.

They made soft serve ice cream elevated by their fresh dough cone. It's a breaded dough, fried and shaped into a cone. It honestly tasted like a cinnamon roll without the cinnamon. We had the choice of sugared or biscoff cookies as our cone.

You pick you own flavored soft serve with a filling for the dough cone. The cookie butter was a must have!Then they have an assortment of toppings and syrup drizzles to complement your custom ice cream.
I choose strawberries with raspberry drizzle.

The ice cream was a lot for me, so I shared..everyone was satisfied with their dessert. It can get a little messy with the drizzle or if you don't eat fast, it can get melted. But we love it.

This chain is also in Tempe, AZ. We came at a good time because it got packed really fast for the weekend evening.
Overall, it's a good ice cream with a different twist. it's something new to try.
