Del Taco

3:55am on my lunch and was instructed to wait 15~ minutes for a computer reboot while the car behind me was telling me to move forward so they can leave.. in the end food is good.. young man seems stressed, needs some rest or something..

No wonder this location has such terrible reviews. Without fail, the guy who works the drive through weekdays around 12pm -3pm will get my order WRONG. 5 times I've been there, 5 times he's gotten my order wrong. Won't be giving this location my business anymore

The 2 star is for the employee Marco working right now. Has anyone heard of the word lazy? non-motivated? Absolutely, zero customer service. Not friendly, doesn't want to work, and slower than a turtle. If you don't like your job just quit! This is America, make use of yourself. So sad for such a young man to be so lazy. Needs training, customer service experience, and a manager to train this guy.

And then couldn't seem to get all of the items in my order correct kept having to ask for things .... There was at least 4 to 5 people working and only two people in the drive-through and it took over 20 minutes!

When I order the fiesta pack and it has 12 items and I ordered 24 hot sauce dislocation honors my order I switched here from Ramona because they will not. They have great customer service. They take care of you and you don't have to beg to get what you ordered.

Ordered Uber eats and they forgot the taco sauce. How do I eat all these tacos without taco sauce? Can you please just look at the order? I added each packet.

Went there last Sunday, 2/25/2024 around 1:30 PM. Two people were in front of me inside. It took over half an hour to get our order and everything was cold... fries tacos, all of it. I don't mind the shake was cold, but I'm never going back. Watches as some people in line after me left, and others complained. I'm so done with the incompetent staff at this location. It's so apparent that nobody working here cares about the customer. It's like they are in slow motion oblivion. Maybe it will go out of business and become an In-N-Out!

20 min to get thru the drive thru is ridiculous.

Service is terrible, the young man tries to take care of drive thru and inside but the line gets very long. You people don't realize people are on their lunches and only have so much time. The heavy set lady omg very very rude. I've gone to del taco for many years and this is the worst Del Taco I've been to. I know u don't care because this has been going on for a while.

This Del Taco is the one we travel from El Monte for! The food is delicious,and always fresh,The manager Robert and his wife,they really know how to treat their customers, kind,helpful,asked me,would you like to add an iced coffee for $1? The whole car of us wanted one,so give me 3! That Del Taco is clean,well organized and gives the best burritos and tacos Del Taco has to offer...I love this new $2 Crunchtada,Beefy Queso! It's a tostada,with beans, delicious ground beef, a creamy white delicious cheese sauce, with fresh (real) cheddar cheese and fresh chopped tomatoes on top....Alot of deliciousness for your $2.00! It was so good, we all wanted another one, so we went back through the drive-thru and bought three more...!
We're going back today to try the other two brand new items of the Crunchtada Tostadas! I highly recommend them,so very tasty, Seriously,you should try them too!
