FPCU has been a wonderful experience for my first mortgage! My loan office Jamie has gone above and beyond with assistance, clarification, and education on how everything with flow. He has always been just a quick call away and is always eager to help me out. I highly recommend FPCU and Jamie!

This location employs some of the nicest workers I have ever encountered. If they are very busy, they attempt to open another teller. They take their time with you when needed, are personable & helpful. I really like the staff in charge of the visa department but I suggest they have another person fully trained to cover for the main woman when she is on vacation. Some time ago, I had a visa issue which needed dealing with ASAP, but because she was unavailable, I could not do so. Because of this delay, I missed the date for re-cooping approx $3,000.00 from an entity that owed me the money (long story). If someone else would have been there, trained to fill out paperwork, fix my transaction, etc... I would have recouped the money; however, because no one could do this work, I was stuck. I tried, it was not my fault, but I was still unable to fix the situation to my benefit since no one was capable of doing the work by a certain date. This is really my only complaint.

This is THE place to bank at in Ottawa. . . as a member of the credit union you're treated exceptionally well---over the years I've had accounts in other towns, in other banks, etc., and there is simply NO place that has been as good as Financial Plus.
The place has the area's most up-to-date technology; the staff is smart and helpful.
