Bought a freezer in their Black Friday ad through their "Buy Online, Pickup In Store" program. Was able to pick it up the following Wednesday. The young man in the back who helped me load it up was very helpful. Colten was his name, I believe. Super nice, even helped me fix my ratchet strap to secure the freezer. Will definitely be shopping again!

If I could give the online $75 E-gift cards a 0 I would. I wanted to buy my son for his 36th year I even got the email confirmation. But ZERO gft card went to his email.. Apparently they are having "ISSUES" With their process. Why not jst take it dwn? I looked like an IDIOT.

Currently running a tire scam...wouldn't mount 2 tires on an all wheel drive vehicle. Claimed that 4 tires were required to avoid vehicle damage...bullshit claim. Focused on upsell. Borton Volvo confirmed the bullshit and mounted and balanced without issue. Do not recommend...Zero stars were unavailable.

I received a flyer in the mail which included some ATV sprayers. I wanted to look over the sprayers to decide if one would suit my purposes. The sprayers were not on display but "out back". I asked if I could see them to make a decision. The employee named Joe said he had no idea where they might be. I asked what should I do? Buy all four and return what I didn't want. I had to get rather harsh with him and he finally reluctantly got someone to bring a sample for me to view. The units present in the warehouse did not match the computer listing for the inventory.
The lady in Customer Service was helpful. She asked if I wanted to start a new Credit Card. I did so to receive 10% off. Unfortunately my name is misspelled on the credit card application and I'm afraid this could cause some confusion in the future. I had problems with this Credit Card Company elsewhere as they wait to send a monthly statement until after the due date thus starting the extremely high interest. I called and wanted to pay off the card today and be done with the whole affair but the recording said I can't pay it off yet. Do not ever get your oil changed here! Two hours later and we're still waiting. Additionally, the staff here lost parts to the undercarriage and had the audacity to recommend going to the dealer to replace the parts that they lost.

they hazz new employees. shelves are all ways empty. just stay away. it was ones a OK place but new owners let management get away with a lot of stuff. they will not fire you but will mess with you till you quit. dont work here or shop just stay away and let hroble places like this fail

Mills Fleet Farm is a monstrous department store for everything you need but don't want. The wide variety of products is staggering. Lumber, automotive, clothing, garden, sporting, you name it;
Like most giant stores they are under-staffed. So many check out aisles and so few of them open. My last time there the four open check outs each had eight people in line, so I tossed the shirt I was going to buy on a bbq grill display and walked out. The staff that they do have are very friendly and the parking lot is huge.
It's very no frills but if you suddenly find yourself needing a toilet seat, holiday decorations, long underwear, and a pallet of treated 2x4s then this is your place. poor customer service in the firearms department. they sold me an optic red dot sight that doesn't work and rather than refund the money or exchange it for a product in working condition, they said I have to deal with the manufacturer. what they should have done is replaced it and then they should have dealt with the manufacturer. Instead I'm out hundreds of dollars, have no product and now have to deal with a manufacturer that may take weeks to respond, if they respond at all.

The store is played out so it makes no sense at all .the store does not have help on the floor to help customers . My experiance shopping there was cold .people in owatonna say they don't want to work at fleet farm they feel it's really went down hill .fleet farm lost alot of my business .I'm very upset .
