Hilltop Cafe

Hidden gem along a country road outside of Green Bay in a GAS STATION!!!! I walked in and there was only a couple tables available, and there was also a stack of to-go orders someone was picking up, so I know I was hitting some kind of gold mine.

I ordered the BP burger which was like a Big Mac, and my wife got the Bacon Cheeseburger. Both of us had waffle fries. Total time from order to table: 14m 31s.

Initial impression, HUGE. Smell? Like it was charred and came off of a charcoal grill. Fries? Large as well. Impressively large. She had a lot of bacon on hers to boot. Taste? Delicious. Moist, tender, flavorful... this you would never expect from looking at it on the outside.

Nevertheless, we're coming back and this is going on my "Saved" list. What a hit!

2 things that Hilltop needs to improve...
1.Being more forward with prices over the phone and being respectful of other's time and money.
2. Making sure everything on the receipt is actually in the bag.

Over the last year this place has really gone down in quality and popularity, and it's no secret that people don't come here as often because of the things i listed. I don't recommend it.

Great burgers! The buns are just so delicious and patties are made to order. My father said the hilltop burger was still his favorite burger to this day. The fries are crisp and also made to order. The staff are very nice, and when busy, still very patient. It can take a while for the food to be ready but, it's worth the wait. The only thing is I wish there were more seating

Great burgers, many to choose from. The fries are really plentiful but my favorite is the onion rings. Some of the best. Friendly people and great service.

Read a review, and decided to give it a try, when we got there they had a special, a double cheeseburger, and fries for $7.99. We added a chocolate malt for $5 and i was full. Burgers tasted as if they came off the grill. Excellent, and fast. The place was packed

Price is crazy. Best place to go if you want good food for a cheap price, would very likely recommmend.

Located inside a gas station, this place is great. I have a friend that lives close by this place and it is near UWGB.
Very reasonable prices. Clean. They have a nice little set up for social distancing. Places always draws a large lunch crown. Little noisey inside cuz like I said it is in a gas station. Had to wait awhile for the food. Well worth the wait. Two of my other friends got burgers. They were monsters. I got chicken strips. Very good. I had already taken almost half of the waffle fries off my basket and given them to a friend b4 I remembered to take a photo. But. That little basket I had was around 8 bucks. I added a bottomless soda for another 1.40 I think?

Great place. Just be prepared to wait a little while for your phone and it is a little loud.

Amazing food and cheese curds only 1 type but they mastered them. The customer service is good and burger is good. The ambiance was horrible but who cares when the food is good. In my family we do not care about ambiance so that is why this place is 5 stars!

Always fantastic, the staff is efficient and friendly and the food is priced right. We go there regularly.
