I'm over it. Despite close proximity to my home, I'm going to Aldi or Meijer from now on. Their app DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY. I'm out over $40 in three visits. When I waste my time in customer service they say it's MY ERROR. Last time I showed the cashier BEFORE CHECKOUT that I had put the GM cereal deal in. ($6.99 for one box of cereal, INSANE, but buy 4 and get them for $1.88 each.) Sure enough, I got charged nearly $28 for my cereal. Cashier can't help, have to go to customer service, woman there said "you must have done it wrong." I've been to this Jewel six times in 3 months, and have been ripped off to the tune of over $60. I AM DONE. I believe it's all intentional. I hope your merger fails and your entire chain goes bankrupt.

if you're in naperville and between the ages of 21-30 don't try to buy your beer here. there's one blonde lady that gives you the worst time no matter what. I am 23 years old and spent 10 minutes waiting for her to check a "book". get a life.

As a senior I need to have a cart to help me walk to store. Why can't you leave a few in the corral for us? Recently shopped for canned beets and found some in glass jars on the very top shelf. Could not reach them but if I had tried to, would probably have dropped and smashed the glass jars. Very dangerous! Who thought this was a good idea? Re:..Romeoville, Il store on Weber Road.

Don't even try to do a delivery order!! Lack of customer service, I get shorted on all buy one get on offers. Not worth the aggregation.

Came here for taking vaccine. The pharmacist is super slow. She took the paper work and came out after 30 minutes which COVID vaccine I was asking.
Obviously, she did not read.
Just waiting here for 30 minutes.
Hopefully, I will be out in next one hour.

Went here again recently (last resort) and found no less than 5 products on the shelves that were expired by months! Does anyone here pay attention to what's put on the shelves? Someone is going to get sick. When an item is past its expiration date, it needs to be removed from the shelves and thrown out. Wtf is going on here.

Jul 16, 2021Previous reviewThis Jewel is horrible. I've recently moved to the area and have been here a few times now. This location has some of the worst customer service I've seen. I'm specifically talking about managers, and those who work at customer service. Corporate seriously needs to clean house and replace some of
the curmudgeons here who are unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.
You're in a service role, and I don't care if you're bothered by a question or have to do a little extra work in order to answer it. It's extremely unbecoming for a store manager to roll their eyes and scoff at customers who have legitimate questions or concerns. This Jewel used to be our go-to because of convenience. They stocked a reasonable selection, their deli was decent quality, and their meat selection was alright. Lately, the quality of this Jewel has plummeted. It's not worth stopping into this place even for the convenience factor because I can't trust anything but the frozen, pre-packaged food. Meat is left on shelves long after it's gone off. Stay away.

Expensive grocery store, ridiculously overpriced. Drive a mile or two and go to Marianos!
Flowers are dull and old! If you want to give flowers to the ones that you partially like, buy dull flowers from Jewel! Rude employees, act as if they are on Rodeo drive! Employees working behind the Deli counter work really slow. Not sure why they only have 2 people working behind the counter on a weekday during busy hours. Stopped by around 5pm to get a bucket of fried chicken, and they were out. Employee mentioned that he didn't have time to place more on the fryer.

This grocery is not that good to me, yes, I like that it has private parking lot for customers, and it was a great idea that they have considered but maybe I would like to suggest to also check for some items, some stocks need to be thrown out of the garbage because I noticed that some of items already met its expiration date. A regular checking of stocks needs to be considered so that no customers' health will be in danger. But I like their customer service, I like how they accommodate their customer, and that's a thumbs up for me. And also, for a student like me who is busy with acad work and need to buy food at midnight, I must say that it is nice that it is open for 24 hours because-of course I can buy anytime I want. My only problem is that the stocks that is not been checked if it is still okay or not. But of course, I know it can still be put in order, if they will consider the suggestion of some customers. Overall, it was pretty nice, I have an affable experience in this grocery, so, it's a three star for me.
