Kroger

I only go to this location if I need something quick. I prefer the Pickerington kroger over this location if I do major shopping. This is one of the many reason why. I know a customer did this and it sad but who wants to see something like this when shopping?

Krogers going down hill with stale food, pallets in aisles,
Employees filling orders in the way of in store shoppers. It has become a real nightmare to shop there now

I do most of my Kroger shopping in Pickerington (after work), so I thing I've become a bit spoiled over time. The Kroger in Pickerington is a Marketplace. More selection. More in stock.

This Kroger is not horrible. But it's lacking in some items and quantity. Because of this, I don't stop at this location very often. It's more like I stop if it's something last minute.

Oh, and the layout of the store is definitely on the smaller size. Not as much room to freely flow - especially at the front of the store and around the check outs.

Restrooms were filthy today at 4 pm. !! The toilet was dirty with feces and no toilet paper or paper seat covers were available. The cleaning chart on the door was completely blank. No employees have checked the box that it is being inspected or maintained throughout the day. No one seems to care . I worry about other cleaning protocols that may not be unforced that could involve food safety.

produce is really very questionable soft apple watermelon that burst once you get home butterball even after cooked taste like it gobbling you name it it's happen, we first started going there day one the African American woman who works self-scan could use some Etiquette skill she is she needs to work in a bar she will not speak to you but break her neck to speak to men my husband our grown sons she has seen us in there to many times to wait until I'm not there to ask who are these young ladies of course our daughters with your dirty scanners I can't stand to touch won't help us when im there but buts grapes when I'm not there on self-serve. This store seems to be ran by teenagers no wonder it's a mess and the trainees are not much older than them I'll wait to go home to use the bathe room don't want to touch the door

The worst pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with, so rude. Transferring my prescriptions to Discount Drug Mart.

The Kroger near me (Gender Rd)) leaves their produce out way to long. You really have to be careful to not get old fruits and veggies. I went to purchase some avocados to make some guacamole not to long ago and every one of them felt like a water balloon! It was disgusting. I'm finding that Meijer has them beat for variety and freshness on the produce. Unfortunately it means an extra trip for me.
Their meat department sells a filet I'm fond of. I was buying them at $14.00 a pound. They did a little mini remodel and over night the steaks went up $2.00 a pound!
Also the shelves are never stocked all the way so I always end up having to make multiple trips. It's getting really old.
I absolutely hate going to Walmart but have recently been considering it.

Kroger is Kroger.
They are always consistent. While they're prices are a little higher compared to Walmart or even Meijer, they have great deals with the Kroger Card.
Their produce is high quality and will last awhile after purchase, and they have a fairy wide selection of vegan/vegetarian offerings.

They are remodeling so kind of a mess right now, But my complaint is the new Liquor store, OH BOY! Boxes everywhere,you can barely get down the isle. In order to get to the
liquor you have to walk in front of people standing in line. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? I can't even imagine a holiday.

This is one of the worst Krogers I've ever been in. It's dirty and I always feel like I need a bath after going in. There's another Kroger only 4 miles away in Pickerington that's so much better. Overall a very disappointing place to go but at least it's not as bad as the Murder Kroger store in ATL.
