This feedback is related to a gift card with $25 balance that was rejected at the store at the corner of High House and Cary Pkwy. I gave my daughter this card and she tried to use it but was told it could not be used because either it was expired or had no balance. She even showed them the site showing the balance on her phone. She had to pay from her own funds even though she only went there because of the gift card. I just checked during this writing and the web site shows a balance of $25. I have also sent 2 emails via their web site and have not received any response. So now I feel like La Farm has stole money from me. The back of the card clearly states "No expiration dates or services fees." So, not a pleasant experience, I feel robbed, and now I don't feel like going to La Farm or recommending them..

Moral of the story, don't buy gift cards from La Farm.

I've been a fan of La Farm for about 10 years now living in the area and today was such a disappointment.

We waited for almost 30 minutes for our food (they weren't busy for a Sunday) and when we dis receive our food it was cold. So disappointing and overpriced! We recommend going for breakfast/brunch elsewhere.

I was so amazed at this bakery. I went for the white chocolate bread, but I wanted to get so much more. There were so many options to choose from. I was so intrigued by all things they make. I got my white chocolate bread and a raspberry beignet. Both were so good! I do wish they were warm, but it was still good. The cashier answered all the questions I had. I can't wait to go back down and go.

Consistency of service & food has decreased a bit in the last few years. It is still a good place to go, but requires a bit of extra Grace & patience :)

Went by to get a Pimento Cheese sandwich & was told they don't have in the kitchen. I've been ordering this for over 10 years & today, Alice told me they don't keep this in the kitchen. Oh well... it used to be one of my favorites. On the positive, they have gazpacho back for July.

I got the spinach and feta baguette, and the ham & cheese croissant. Both were packed with flavor and delicious. My only complaint is that we asked for them to be heated up, and they did not heat them up until they were warm. They were still cold when we ate them. I would still come back for the great coffee and pastries though!

Outstanding bakery w french pastry. The place is spacious and has plenty of seatings. They offer a wide variery of bread, sandwiches and sweet treats. They also have coffee and tea. I love their pastries so much that I returned the day after to try some more. Their pear ricotta cake was unique and very refreshing. The creame brulee tart is also one of a kind. Everything I tried has the perfect level of sweetness which is rare to find in the US.
Service was quick and friendly. Will def return when I have a chance.

Went for a treat with my grandson recently and have been here a few other times before. There is plenty of seating and the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a latte with a pastry and grandson had a cookie with milk. All was delicious. I've had the eclairs in the past and they are the best! I have also had lunch here and portions are huge. I could personally use a smaller portion be side I don't like to take leftover sandwiches home. That's probably the only negative I have but I feel that way about many places I eat at. If you like large portions, then you would be 100 percent satisfied here. Service staff in dining room are friendly and helpful and I appreciated that as well!

It's been many years since I last came to La Farm, so I decided to stop by today. I tried their coffee for the first time (ordered a latte) and it was pretty good! I was happy to see that they have non-dairy milk options and a few different flavored syrup options as well. The workers were friendly and the drinks came out quickly.

I came in the afternoon, but thankfully they still had a decent selection of pastries available. I tried a bite of my friends almond croissant, and it tasted fresh and delicious. Their blueberry tart was my favorite treat as a child, so I decided to get one for old times sake, and it was just as good as I remember!
