Lasandra is the hardest working manager I have ever seen. She cleans the restaurant, manages the employees and the food 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup was delicious. There aren't a lot of hard working managers like Lasandra!!! I definitely will return.

Its important for management to know both when food & service has been exemplary or when it hasn't been up to par. My experience today was poor on both counts, My order was a bowl of chicken & wild rice soup. (Its important to remember that all soups are made onsite, are pre-made at a distribution center , packaged in pre-measured serving sizes . The Panera shop only has to heat them to order.) My soup was served barely warm. I had to have it reheated until it was hot. To add insult to injury, it had the consistency of a thick wallpaper adhesive , very little flavor, and perhaps 24 kernels of wild rice. The garbage bins were overflowing with trash, the floor unswept, tables, unwiped from previous customers. Lets hope that the corporate office for Panera keeps tabs on customer input. From the reviews left on Yelp, it appears that many customers have had similar dissatisfied experiences at this outlet.

I'll be honest, this place is good (not great!) but good enough. Panera is a staple. When it comes to the food, you know what to expect and what you're going to get. It's tasty and comforting.

However, for this location specifically, I find the dining room is always dirty (trash on tables and the floor, messy drink station), my pick up orders always take a while, and they're always sold out of things. On my most recent trip they were out of baguettes entirely including as sides for meals. Usually it's bakery items.

None of this would stop me from returning, of course, because... Panera! It's a classic know-what-you-get place, and in a pinch, it's a staple for soups, salads, and sandwiches. Oh - and the Asiago bagel. Always get an Asiago bagel!

Lasandra, the manager, is the kindest person! She runs a nice, welcoming shop and does her best to accommodate everyone even during such a complicated time for business. I'm grateful for her support and kindness!!

Terrible service and my order was incorrect for my customized coffee ( they refused to make it and I had paid extra for those customizations) therefore I did not get my customizations.

Terrible mobile service! Someone has taken my order on two occasions. Then they implied the order was not ready. Avoid this location

I order through sipclub rapid pick up and it is never ready. if you order tea, they don't have it and you have to wait 20 minutes then ask for a cup finally even though in the app it says its ready for 20 minutes. There is no hot tea even though you can order it. They hand you the cup and send you off to the self serve coffee bar.

I frequently go to this location because I like it. Today I had the Baja Bowl and a few hours later I felt so damn sick and ended up throwing it all up. I like the weekend staff but I noticed the GM isn't so pleasant and constantly gives people looks that aren't so friendly.

Worst Panera I've been to in Chicago. Hate to sound like a Karen because I never write reviews but the place was so dirty every table was left with crumbs or wet so there was no where to sit. I didn't even finish my food I took it to go because the atmosphere was just so neglected. All the workers seemed nice, but whoever is managing this place needs to be reconsidered because they have zero regard for customer experience.

The bowl of soup was cold and only half filled, my drink was not ready even though they called my name to pick up my order. I understand that is was a little busy but not very fond of eating cold soup and didn't have time to wait again to have them heat it up as we are on a limited time for break.
