Rahway River Park

This park is truly a gem--huge, beautiful, and with something for everyone! Whether you're here for sports, family fun, or a peaceful day outdoors, it has it all. One of my favorite features is the public track, which is hard to find in most parks. There's also a scenic running/walking path that loops around for about 2 miles, offering lovely river views and the peaceful sound of flowing water--a perfect spot to connect with nature.

In the summer, there's a waterpark for kids, and plenty of picnic areas, including a gazebo that you can reserve for events. The staff is supportive and helpful, especially if you've booked a space. Even on busier days, the park's size ensures it never feels crowded. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a versatile outdoor spot!

Good place to have pretty much any activity you can thank off.
There is a pool, soccer fields, baseball fields, and basketball . Track, football. Nice area to walk, jog, and ride bikes. But on a really busy day, I would not recommend biking cause you will be watching out for cars. And the path is full of walkers.
This is a good park to grab a blanket and just enjoy a couples picnic under a big tree if you choose.

Come one, come all

The park is nice to walk around, with some exercise stations around the pond and a walkway. Some areas could have benefitted from more walkways, but the near two mile loop was fine with low traffic at the time. There are like five baseball fields near the football field.

Not very exciting. Only real walking opportunities are around one long loop with maybe one off branch with fitness things. Also can barely see the river in the majority of the area.

People watch where you're driving! Driver went on a one way road and hit a cyclist. Cyclist so far was ok. The driver got a ticket- stayed at the scene and never left the driver seat.

This place is one of the classic coolest fishing that I've known since growing up and I'm going there very soon! Chill out for 2 days and a night! Trout/ bass/ catfish/ perch/ bluegill large bluegill!!! Awesome atmosphere and I can't wait to get back there again!

Wow! I accidentally saw a deer in Rahway River Park! She's beautiful and gorgeous I've ever seen! I've been to so many parks before especially, Astoria Park but they were too noisy and crowded. This Rahway River Park is completely different from the others in a good way. It's very clean and quiet. I feel like I can reduce my stress every time I go there :)

I'm the Duke of this park? Ohhhhhh snap. Guess I gotta review it.

Well, the park is nice and massive. It's not as big as Warinanco, but despite being further away, most people come here because it's not in Roselle.

Love this park. Discovered it by accident when visiting a near by relative. Park is manicured nicely. Bathrooms are clean and convenient. Parking options are good. Options to BBQ, and picnic tables are spread out nicely. The crowd is mixed ( nationality/ ethnicities). Great place for exercise , family picnic or just a break from the madness of life during Covid 19

It is a beautifull place to visit with your children
