I went in experiencing acute pain from a strained back and Genevieve totally adapted her normal Swedish massage to accommodate my various twinges and pains. She works hard to listen to what you need and make her technique address what you're feeling and needing.

First time at SMTC. I had a 90 minute massage. One of the best I've experienced. Very clean massage center and comfortable, professional atmosphere. I loved the music Tracy played. Pressure was perfect. I've had massages all my life and now found a great therapist with relaxing atmosphere. I cannot wait to go back.

I was very happy with my massage. Salem massage does it right. Clean, comfortable, and professional. I will be back.

Totally disappointed !!! This was the worse experience I've ever had for a message, I cant call it a message because Pamela doesnt know what a muscle is,, she never messaged any muscle on me,, all she did was rub lotion on me for 45 minutes, she didnt even use an oil, this cream would wear off in seconds and she was rubbing with dry hands and it was very uncomfortable, I had lower back pain and she never even touched my LOWER back she went to my waist and stopped there....this woman definitely does know how to do this work, walked out of there angry and tense, will never suggest her services, DO NOT use Pam

I used to be a regular with Aileen, who is hands-down the best massage therapist I've ever encountered, but that was when I worked a travelling consultant's job and pretty much had Fridays off. I now work regular hours 5 days a week and their limited hours don't fit. I found another place that can take me as late as 6:00 PM.

I guess they are so good they can work 10:00-4:00... too bad for me!

Thoroughly professional and amazing! They have been around for about 20 years and there is definitely a reason for that! Calm, relaxing atmosphere. I intended to only do it once, but now I feel my life is greatly improved with weekly or bi-weekly massage. Ask for Tracey or Jenny. They are both wonderful! Having late hours is very helpful if you work during normal business hours. I can't say enough good things about this place!

My wife & I highly recommend this business for a massage! Both ladies -(Tracey and Trudy) that work there know what they are doing and do it well! Prices are very reasonable too.

I have severe neck and back problems and work on a computer when I am not traveling as a sales manager. I have been seeing Massage therapists in the area for over 12 yrs - even after my cervical fusion two years ago - I still require therapy. Because I have terrible insurance I have to pay out of pocket for these sessions and as a result I expect outstanding service and won't stop until I get it! Jennifer delivered, A bit way more money than what I typically pay so I can't go as frequently but overall great experience.
