Tom & Jerry's

Not sure why the ratings on this place are so low. The food slaps whenever I have been here. It seems like most of the one stars are people complaining about not being pampered at a fast food restaurant or didn't know what they were ordering and has nothing to do with the food itself. The service could be a bit faster, speaking of fast food, but it's not bad.

Terrible food sucked and when you prefer a meal they give you baby drinks. This is by far the worst ever and I hope truly no one goes through this.

Tom and Jerry's has great food not sure why the ratings are low. I go to this location all the time, everything is good!

FOOD was great, workers attitude on the other hand? terrible. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be called a bitch. We came here for dinner and one of the workers was upset that the ketchup we got for our fries was "in the way" for her to set down the tray. She then walked back behind the counter and started screaming about us and called me a bitch.

Pains me to write this, but Tom and Jerry's choice to no longer accept phone orders for delivery is a huge mistake.

ChowNow is a terrible service, inflates the delivery fee, and puts an additional buffer between establishment and customer when orders go bad. No way I'm relying on that.

This effectively makes Tom and Jerry's a dine-in, or drive thru only option for me. As previously explained, their drive thru service is notably slow, and dine in is borderline flat fast food.

I won't do third party apps for this kind of restaurant. While I've been a reasonable fan of the food for over 10 years, it was the "delivery service" that made Tom and Jerry's more special.

In my disappointed opinion, they just given more rise to competition.

Saw the low reviews here and was like "Whaa?" Been eating here for YEARS. Never had a bad meal. My favorite is the Greek chicken wrap. Once in a while get a Chicago style hot dog.

I usually go thru drive thru, but dining in is clean. I like their outdoor patio.

Crinkle fries are really tasty, like Culver's but more potato. Huge serving size.

Overall, I notice a very consistent level of quality. Never had a bad plate of food, many reviews I read are not parallel with my experience.

Drive thru is a little slow, but worth the wait for fresh food, they staple the paper bags closed with a stapler which I wish they didn't do that, LOL. Just fold it guys.

Best fish sandwich ever! Takes time to make tasty food! The tartar sauce is outstanding! You will not regret it because it comes with a brioche bun! Ahh

Ordered food from them 2 times this month both times lots of items were missing when I called to get credited back for the missing items they put me on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up and called back again. They refused to answer. I had to place a 2nd order for half of my crew to subway because they couldn't get it right . Never order anything from this vendor they are horrible and unwilling to fix their mistakes.

Don't go here. Service sucks and the owner is a snotty piece of crap. They always screw up the order anyway.

Overpriced for what you get. Almost an inch and a half on each end of the bread for their steak sandwich. The old Tom and Jerry's was better, you actually got what you pay for. Won't be going back. Not worth what they charge!!!! Price went way up, and quantity went way down. Such a ripoff!!!
