Great salon. Quality is superb! Service is always professional! Staff always make you feel valued.

This place has been my go to spot to get my nails done when I visit home! I haven't been here since before the remodel, I called ahead booking for 5:30 since they close at 7pm and all I was getting was a gel manicure, 1 color, no add ons. The lady who did my nails was so rude and rushed through the whole manicure being so careless and brushing over mistakes she made as if I wouldn't see. If she wasn't yanking my arm she was shoving it aside to let me know to switch hands. She also did a careless job with filing my nails (like leaving it uneven) but then proceeded to file them down to the absolute lowest when that is not what I asked for. Then on top if not letting the nails actually sit under the light she kept rushing me telling me it was fine and continued to make mistakes like leaving bubbles that were very obvious and paint on the skin parts of my fingers and not clean around the edges. She was also going so fast during the prep of my nails that she would have to go back and fix mistakes because it was so messy. She also made a phone call to someone and made me wait while she called and kept leaving me to go do other stuff that didn't have to do with my manicure as well as completely stopping to have conversations with coworkers. I don't know the name of my gal, but she was in the right corner of the salon, older, and had an iPad with references to the movie "up" on her case.

I don't think this is a salon issue but has to do with this particular employee- I understand it being the end of the day and wanting to go home, but she was rushing to get out over an hour before it actually closed since again we had a reservation and came in at 5:40 pm and my treatment was over at 6. Unhappy with the whole experience and will probably just find a new salon.

So I took a gamble and tried these guys out especially since the nail garden's quality has gone down. But I love it here! It's a really cute place!

When I walked in, they check your temperature, make you wash your hands, and than check in. I forgot the girls name who worked on my hands and feet but she did a great job!

While doing my hands, she had me wash my hands like twice and did an excellent job with the dip! She even cleaned up my cuticles which was badly needed! Definitely a great place! I plan on coming back here!

Came here to get a new set of dip polish. I would give them 0 stars if I could. My nail tech cut my fingers 4 or 5 times while filing the sides of my nails, to the point of bleeding. My cuticles were also trimmed too much. He gave me the incorrect color & shape. After two days, one of my nails broke. By today (the 6th day), a second nail broke. I've gotten dip polish on my nails for years, and this is by far the worst experience with the worst quality I've ever had. Do not recommend.

This was my first time here and I arrived as a walk in. No problem. I was seated in pedicure chair immediately. Staff is friendly and salon is clean and meets all safety standards. Salina was my technician and she is very meticulous. I came for a pedi and ended up getting a gel mani as well. Nails and toes look great.

The reasons I'm not giving 5 stars is as follows:
1. Massage of feet, legs and hands too light. Needs to be firmer.
2. A well used nail file board was used. All metal instruments were sterilized but a new or almost new file should also be a priority.

I was recommended this salon from a girlfriend. First experience with Kevin was at the sister location Sabrina Nail & Spa and a second time here at Venetian. He left Sabrina. He claimed the location was boring. You'll learn really why later if you decide to read this long a** review. Lol.

This review is based on the Venetian location. Everything was fine. Pedicure first...perfect. Nails...almost.

Kevin is close to finishing my nails and a young woman (another tech) comes and stand over us, watching him. I don't know about y'all but I get really anxious with people hovering. Whatever, she walks off. Another 20 minutes later she comes back this time having a full blown conversation. I notice a difference in how he's polishing my nails so I POLITELY ask her "Would you mind letting him finish my nails?".

Her: I do mind.
Me: I just don't like people standing over me.
Her: I'm not standing over you, I'm standing over him.

GIRLLLL

Me: Can you please just move because I have the right to my space and he is providing me a service, right?

She laughs it off, walks to another station where an older woman is getting her nails done and asks her sarcastically "Can I watch you get your nails done"!?

I say, "Kevin, was I rude?" He says, "No, that's just my girlfriend."

OHHHHH OKKKK. THATS YOUR GIRLFRIEND.

I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH...DO NOT HIRE COUPLES!!! I wasn't rude, she just didn't like my request.

5 minutes passes and she comes up and tells Kevin: "You're going to let her disrespect me like that, you can't do her nails."

I'm not going to lie, that pissed me off. I said b*tch, bye.

FOH. I pay way too much money for this little girl to be in her little feelings. You work here, MA'AM!

Kevin finishes my nails, we get to the counter and I almost held out on how do I get in touch with the owner until he said, "This is the last time I can do your nails".

You got it! You lost a client and this big ass tip I was gonna give you because I felt bad. Hold down your girl but don't lose money on dumb mess. YOU ARE REPLACEABLE.

I had a great manicure and pedicure with Kim. She was so pleasant and meticulous. My nails were a mess since I had been planting my spring garden. This is my first time to this salon and though it is a trek for me, I will make the drive.

I called to see if I needed an appointment for a pedi, and she said no but we arranged a time that day that was mutually convenient. I arrived right on time, and was told to sign in prior to sitting down. The kiosk asked for my phone number and birthday. Really? For a pedi? I gave fake ones.

She guided me to a chair, and brought a basket of nail colors to choose. Then I was ignored for 10 minutes. I walked around and got a man's attention. He said he'd be right with me, and he then pulled out his phone and walked into the employee-only section in back of the salon.

I waited for a bit longer, then I gathered my things and started walking out of the salon. The woman asked where I was going, and I told her I was going somewhere else.

I've been going here for 3+ years & have always loved it. Such great service, products, ambiance. Well, since January (9 months ago) they've been doing a remodel. My last visit 2 weeks ago was horrible. There was a leak in the roof and a Home Depot bucket was in the middle collecting the leak. None of the TV's worked and haven't for many months! They couldn't find the colors I wanted so I settled, & we used what they had. Lastly the foil to wrap my gel nails was so flimsy it fell off while they were wrapped. This place is in the worst shape. It's a simple remodel. 9 months!! Goodness, I could have had it done in 2 months tops!!!

One positive!! Eric is an awesome nail tech

Manicure service was good, however, not a spa environment in my experience & opinion of what "spa" means to me. I come for pampering service in a relaxing oasis of serenity. I feel that long conversations on a cellphone, and loudly at that, is obtrusive to me as a paying customer and is exceptionally rude behavior. I stay away from nail salons that tolerate it.
