Von Maur

Love the staff at Von Maur, everyone is helpful and friendly but not pushy at all.I'm there so often that they call me by name.
They have a good selection in all departments with a relaxed atmosphere and the bathrooms & lounge are perfect. They also have good sales & gift wrapping. The are reminiscent of the days of Rothschild and Browns department stores. Classy!

This is a great place to shop!! I always feel very welcomed when I shop there. The staff is always courteous and professional. I love the selection, and they even offer merchandise I'd never think a department store would carry, which is nice. The store is always very clean. They have a wonderful women's lounge. It's all marble and again, always clean. My favorite thing is the gentleman that plays the piano. I know people think it's to expensive. It's not really when you look at the merchandise they carry. And they always have a sale. A lot of people may not know that the round racks are always on sale. Year round.
The shoe department is excellent.
Everything about this is awesome.

The ambiance is opulent and the selection is pleasing. You are going to love shopping in this location because the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

The selection for kids compared to other Von Maur's was super nice! Great value for the toys also. So many options! The value is always good because the clothes last! The service was great from the young lady. And of course the bathroom was super nice!

Von Maur is the shopping environment that pleases my consumer soul. Piano playing and clothing that is merchandised in a spacious setting soothes my shopping soul.

Gift wrap is a lovely service when you go in and purchase a baby gift.

The shoe selection is notable with various price points. The men's section includes brand names such as Patagonia, Southern Marsh, True Grit, and Tommy Bahama.

Accessories are top notch.

This is a place you go to have a department store selection, but the feel of a getaway as the piano rings throughout the store.

This is not my cup of tea it's like a Dillard's on steroids. They have cute things but I honestly believe that the prices are outrageous. It's just too bougie for me. In fact this store made me aware of our American excessive spending.

Easily my favorite department store in OKC!

Such class and elegance right when you walk into the door! They even have umbrellas in case it's raining by the entry doors. Also if you have to go to the bathroom, use it! By far the cleanest one I've seen! I'd honestly rather use theirs than my own! Marble, fresh flowers just delightful!

Their brands are great and their sales are even better! Wednesday are their markdown days. Free gift wrapping on every single item even if it is sale!

Only thing pretty annoying is each department you walk to the salesperson always asks how yours doing and I can only say "well thank you how are you?" About 3x before I get annoyed.

Shopping in store:
This store is by far my favorite at the mall. Customer service and professionalism is a priority to this company and it is evident in how associates treat customers. Help is always available, but never over bearing. Prices are amazing when you shop sale you can get almost anything for a steal. My latest boot there I bought a Men's North Face Denali 2 jacket for $89! (Regular price $179). If something is not available in the store they will search the other locations and have it sent in free of cost. I can't say enough about this store and how much I love shopping there.

The store card:
I have a card with them and just like the ease of everything in store, the card is just the same. The website is simple to use and customer service is easy to talk with, although I've only had to call once. I haven't had any issues what so ever. I also love the zero interest on this card. I highly recommend it to people needing to build credit, if you can be responsible to repay it regularly.

Holy cow. This place is amazing. The place is a mix of Nordstom's and Dillard's = Nordstom's atmosphere with some cheaper branded things, but also designer brands like Longchamp and Kate Spade.

Prices were pretty impressive. Sale women's Uggs for $30 something dollars (and not the ugly colors!!)?!

Service was also awesome (at least in the shoe department).

Love the store, great products. But hire more people during Christmas... especially on a Saturday. I waited over 10 minutes in line behind one person with one person working. She also didn't acknowledge me standing there or suggest another location to check out. I just left my stuff where I was standing and walked out.
