I went there with my granddaughter, and I thought the owner was a lovely woman. She had a frozen yogurt and I had a kiwi tea. It was delicious. It was a nice spot and clean. I would go there again.

      Happy yogurt customer.

Had a great time at this Yogo Berry. My sisters and I used to always get their fro-yo and we did just that! The yogurt was tasty, the toppings were fresh (almonds + blueberries are the best!) and the lady was kind and quick to help us. Was a really good visit and it's open later than a good amount of the other frozen yogurt places around town!

Preface: This location is not closed, like it says.

Finding good bubble tea in El Paso is like trying to find water in a desert, which can be difficult but if you know the signs, you'll be rewarded. Sadly, bubble tea at Yogo Berry falls solidly in the meh category. I've devised a standardized system to evaluate bubble tea that has 3 distinct categories: taste of the milk tea, quality of the boba, and level of Instagrammability.

Milk tea: I've had worse, I ordered the taro coconut flavor, and it tasted vaguely of taro and vaguely of coconut. I didn't see them make it but I assume it was with powder. It was sweet and didn't taste too watery. 2/5

Boba quality: they were of good size and chewiness, no qualms here 4/5

Instagrammability: This is where Yogo Berry Bubble Tea takes a hit. Inherently, instagramming a chain boba place that doesn't necessarily specialize in boba brings the post down a notch. Also, the decor inside does not particularly promote a good picture. The plastic cup had a large generic logo, and the cover was a standard plastic top. In this era of social media and businesses, having an instagrammable product can do wonders for a business. See below for a picture 1/5

This review is solely about the bubble tea, but Yogo berry has froyo with many possible toppings and açaí bowls as well.

It was over before it began. I asked my teenager to meet me here so we could have a fro-yo date. My teen beat me there (she just has to walk across the street from school), so she went inside and sat down. Within a couple of minutes she was rudely told she couldn't hang out there and she said she was waiting for someone. She felt very uncomfortable by the rudeness of the staff there and decided to leave. She called and we decided instead of giving this place a try, we would just return to our usual go to place for fro-yo. No need to spend our money here.

I understand that they likely mistook her for loitering, but they could have approached things differently. They chose to be located across from Franklin High, so they obviously desire the business the teens provide, but did a terrible job of catering to their target audience.

Love the yogurt, but not worth the bad customer service at this location. I ordered 2 small and 1 medium yogurt, no toppings and was charged $24. When I called that out to the cashier/owner, she told me that I was wrong and next time go to Orange Leaf for cheap yogurt. I explained to her that the prices don't add up and when she recharged the 3 yogurts, the new total was about half that price. She was very rude after seeing she was overcharging me the 1st time.

I haven't really ever had a bad experience here unlike the other reviews. I actually love their boba teas and fro yo. Not to mention their açaí bowls are the best ones in the west side. The only problem is that it takes them a little time to make them, but it's worth it.

Do not get boba tea here!!! It's so bad. They served it warm and when we asked the girl to put ice in it she said no because that's the way it was supposed to be served. We didn't want our money back we just wanted her to put ice and blend it. Poor customer service. I'll never go back to that place ever again

This is the closest yogurt to the beloved Pinkberry that I have had since leaving Portland. Stying is sleek and clean, typical higher end yogurt shop. They usually have about six flavors, and all of the toppings you are used to. High quality ingredients, with great consistency and powerful flavors. Their coconut and green tea are especially delicious. Pricing is the same as usual for these type of stores...it's always expensive. This location started wearing creepy face masks lately though...we aren't sure what that is all about. As long as their yogurt stays divine I will overlook it :)

i'll have to agree with Jayne T, this is about as close to pinkberry as you can reasonably expect to get in EP. I was skeptical when I walked in and saw the wide array of options they offered including protein powder and at least 6 or more flavors of fro yo. I'm a believer that places should generally stick to making fewer selections better to avoid being streched too thin. But i was pleasantly surprised with my originial flavored yogurt topped with mangos and mixed berries. While better than red mango, still just not quite as good as pinkberry.

Me and my daughter in law went to this shop and ordered two cups of yogurt - one chocolate and one original. We took it with us and after two bites we were unable to eat it. It tasted sour. When we went back to complain the manager danced around and tried to " school" us on yogurt. No apology no offer of compensation - got angry with us. Never will return and will spread the word if horrible taste and horrible customer service.
