One Central Park / Ateliers Jean Nouvel (Australie) Cet immeuble australien, situé en banlieue de Sydney, a déjà été élu "tour de l'année". Il a été conçu par les équipes de Jean Nouvel et l’agence d’architecture australienne PTW, et a été remarqué pour sa parure végétale signée Patrick Blanc. Autre particularité de cet immeuble: tous ses occupants, où qu'ils se trouvent dans la tour, on accès à la lumière naturelle !
