I learned that stimulating these two points (the adrenal glands) help to balance your cortisol levels via the central nervous system of course. Adrenal glands sit on top of your kidneys and release the stress hormone cortisol. We are all aware of how stress effects our body so this is a good way to calm you. Can be done with your fingers or knuckles as well. And here I’m showing how either side of the tool can be used.
