And perfect for Valentines♥️ Recipe (for 14cm round) 70 grams of butter 100 grams dark chocolate about 60% 2 eggs 80 grams sugar 25 grams of plain flour Pinch of salt Optional - splash of liquor or vanilla extract Melt the butter and chocolate. Separate the eggs, and add 40 grams of sugar to the whites and 40 grams to the yolks with salt. Whisk the yolks till pale, ribbon stage. Sift in the flour and mix to combine. Add the melted chocolate/butter and mix to combine. Whisk the egg whites till stiff peaks, then fold into other mixture in 3 additions. Do not overmix.
