You’ll need: Tissue paper (Dollar Tree has cheap multi-color packs!), scissors, ribbon. Instructions: 1️⃣You’ll need 8-12 sheets of tissue paper per pom pom 2️⃣Cut tissue paper to size (I used 8 pieces of 12” tissue paper for the smaller pom poms and about 12 pieces for the (16”) L and XL (18”) poms 3️⃣Stack papers in a pile and make 1” accordion folds 4️⃣Fold in half and tie a ribbon around the center 5️⃣Use scissors to round the ends (or try making a point for a different style!) 6️⃣Star
