Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
3 cups cooked & shredded chicken 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened 1 cup ranch dressing 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp black pepper Set your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, & black pepper. Stir in the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, & half the crumbled bacon. Spread the chicken mixture evenly. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy & golden brown. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese & bacon over the top. Bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
