A six-month renovation transformed this A-frame cabin in Oregon's Hood River into a cozy family home—and a summer Airbnb rental.

Mike and Courtney met at a birthday party in Michigan eleven years ago. Little did they know, it was in the exact neighborhood they would later buy a house and raise their family. Specifically in this A-frame that they brightened by painting the walls white and adding windows.

A fire in this vacation A-Frame home forced the complete rehab of the structure. The project included a significant addition to accommodate this clients needs.

Mostly unused for almost 40 years, this house has tons of its original 1974 charm, like windows, tile, wood burning fireplaces, and an amazing solid wood front door.
