From the back of a Skor Toffee Bits bag - I admit it, these are a 'staple' in my pantry. Below is what I did for these, but the recipe is basically a softer version of Toffee Bars, with bits added to them. You could also use the Toffee Bars recipe, add bits to the mix, melt the chocolate chips and dress with more bits - they call these Skor Triangles (cut them in triangles, the kids will love them!). However you do it, they're tasty little numbers - enjoy!
