Here's what you'll need:  👉INGREDIENTS 4 apples, cored and sliced thinly 2 eggs 60g (¼ cup) of brown sugar 80g (⅓ cup) of butter, melted 60g (½ cup) of all-purpose flour 4g (1 tsp) of baking powder 90ml (⅓ cup) of milk Apricot jam  👉METHOD 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. 2. Line an 18 cm cake pan with parchment. 3. Whisk eggs with brown sugar until pale. Add butter, milk, flour, and baking powder. Whisk until smooth. 4. Mix batter with apples. Transfer to a prepared pan and bake for 1 hour. Brush with apricot jam before serving.
