163K views · 2.4K reactions | Want to be more mobile? Let’s be friends! 😊 Now you can be the one getting up & down from the floor smoothly! Welcome to my account! I’m a movement coach and around here I love to share ways you can move more and feel better so you can do more of what you love! If you’re not comfortable getting up & down yet, then working on get ups is a great idea! If you’re already there, yay! Practice getting all the way up & down daily and never stop! 🤔 Hands or no hands? My answer is both! The more patterns you have access to, the happier your body will be. 👉🏼 This tripod get up option from @movnat uses hands, so it’s a great starting point to build core & shoulder strength as well as being accessible for many people. ❌ NOT great for some shoulders though - if yours aren’t feeling this, start with something less loaded like Controlled Articular Rotations for your shoulder blades & shoulders (check out my blog post that explains how CARs work 👉 https://bit.ly/42pIpb6 ) Make sure to practice each step in this movement a few times so you can build smoothness & control in each part - and of course, do it on both sides! Once you get the hang of it, practice tripods regularly & use this as part of your daily movement vocabulary. As you continue your movement journey explore other getting up & down options such as squat get ups, lunges, or crosslegged get ups. These can require (and build) mobility in your toes, ankles, knees & hips, as well as strength & body control (especially your hip hinge). 705K views · 14K reactions | Dollar Tree Christmas Cutting Board DIY | I got inspired a few years ago to make these by my good friend Janice over at Creating Through Chaos. These make great Christmas gifts! I use them as... | By We Craft Around | Everybody, it's Beth. Today, I'm using two of these glass cutting boards and fabric from Dollar Tree. I start by using my razor blade and removing all the little rubber feet from the bottoms and setting those aside and then I'm taking some rubbing alcohol. I just had these alcohol pads and rubbed all the spots where I had removed the feet. Next, I'm taking dishwasher safe Mod Podge and on the smooth part of the cutting board where I had removed the feet. I added a generous layer of that Mod Podge. And then added down the fabric. It'll have the nice side of the fabric facing down against that Mod Podge. Smooth it out with my hands and then cut away most of the excess. I do the same thing to the next cutting board. And then use my heating tool to dry that layer of Mod Podge. Once that is dry, I do a layer of Mod Podge on top of the fabric. Again, a nice generous layer to both of those. I dry that one completely and then do a second coat on top of the fabric. Once those are dry, I take em and flip em over and go around with a razor blade and cut off any of the excess fabric. The last thing I do is take some gel super glue that I got from Dollar Tree as well and add the super glue to the bottom of those rubber feet and place them back onto the bottom part of the cutting board which is where I had added the fabric. That is it for this project. Thank you so much for watching.
Viel Spaß beim Ausprobieren 🤗 MAKRAMEE MACRAME TUTORIAL DIY CHRISTMAS #makramee #macrame ##tutorial #christmas #weihnachten #christmascrafts „diychristmasgnome #diychristmasdecorations #christmascraftideas #diychristmasdecoration #diygnome #anleitung #grundknoten #knoten #macramelove #boho #bohostyle #diy #doityourself #followme #instablogger | Makrabags ® Makramee | Tutorials | Lifestyle

170K views · 5.5K reactions | Macrame Christmas Ornament I used 180cms of 3mm cotton cord to make this macrame Christmas ornament and an old curtain ring I had in my craft box. It’s 💯 beginner friendly for anyone new to learning macrame as you are continuously making the same knot. I added a little ribbon 🎀 to make it more festive and some wooden beads. Hope you enjoyed watching and you’ll have some fun making them ❤️ #macramechristmasornament #macramechristmasdecoration #macramechristmas #christmascrafts🎄 #diychristmasornaments #macrametutoríal #macrameforbeginners | Caroline Fleming
