Papaya Protein Bowl - so easy to make and amazing.
Great breakfast, snack or dessert. Make sure to SAVE and SEND to your besties I love papayas. Papaya is a nutrient-rich superfood that supports digestion, boosts immunity, promotes skin health, reduces inflammation, and aids heart health with its powerful enzymes, antioxidants, and vitamins. Instructions: - 1 papaya halved and seeds cleaned out. You don't have to peel the papaya. As you can use it as a bowl - 1 cup coconut milk mixed with, - 1 cup of vanilla protein powder and adjust either to create a thick consistency. add to papaya - top off with face toppings. I added walnuts, blueberries and pineapple. Frozen or fresh Enjoy

Instructions: - 1 lb shredded brussel sprouts - 1 lb cubed sweet potatoes - olive oil or avocado oil drizzle - salt + pepper + garlic powder + chili flakes - 1lb natural apple chicken sausage (precooked) - Mix and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or till veggies are cooked through While that's cooking Ina. Bowl mix: - 2 small red apples or 1 large - 1 cup of diced walnuts - olive oil or avocado oil drizzle - cinnamon Add to the tray and cook for an additional 10-15 mins Optional hot oil dressing: - 1 tbsp honey - 1 tsp chili oil - 1 tsp water

INGREDIENTS 2 large sweet potatoes 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1 spring onion, chopped 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped Handful of feta cheese METHOD Preheat oven to 200c Wash and dry your sweet potatoes. Prick them all over, and brush with some oil. Bake for 45-50 minutes until soft/air fry for 25 minutes/microwave. Remove from oven and let them cool Beat 2 eggs and mix with the milk Slice sweet potatoes in half, and gently mash the potato and form a well. Season with salt and pepper. Then add your desired veggies. Pour in the egg mixture and top with feta. • Bake or air fry for a further 15-20 minutes
