Lower crossed syndrome is a postural issue due to tight erector spinae and hip flexors and weak abdominals and glutes⬇️ It often affects posture resulting in an arched or swayed back and excessive anterior pelvic tilt causing the stomach and buttocks to stick out🤯 So even if you haven’t ever been pregnant, you can still appear pregnant due to lower cross syndrome!⬇️ Thoracic mobility is critical for the functioning of our spine, nerves, organs, and yes…POOPING!
