Day 5: Weaving goes wonky! I saw a huge net in a ball field where I walk my dog and thought it would be interesting to try and capture the way the net isn't a perfect grid. I started with a horizontal (landscape) weaving, but weaving strips did not fulfill my vision at all. I rotated it and liked the thin vertical strips in that orientation. The top seemed to need something... not sure I love it, but voilá.
