A disclaimer: Yes I know there are many ways to make this floor plan more efficient but for this particular one (as with many of my floor plans) I was trying something different, something more dated {not modern}. My main focus was to get 3 bedrooms in and still have enough space for everything else. This worked great for a messy students accommodation, you can see the video I created, I've just slightly adjusted the floor plan to add in a dining area and changed windows around,but you can try the original from the video if you prefer.
