· This little card, about half the size of a business card, was with my Dad's WWII items from Australia. I'm sure he was looking for a little extra luck. Levenson's was a toy and hobby store that is now defunct. I believe they were in Australia and England. There's a Levenson's pharmacy in Sydney still, but I think they're not the same busniess.
