• 2 Scallion

• 1/4 tsp Scotch bonnet

• 6 sprigs Thyme

• 1 Tomato, medium sized

Canned Goods

• 1 tbsp Tomato paste

Baking & Spices

• 1 tsp All purpose seasoning

• 1 tsp Black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

• 3 tbsp Olive oil

Dairy

• 1 tbsp Butter, dairy free

• 1/3 cup Water
