25min · 4 servings  Credit to: PlantYou  Ingredients:  • 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable broth  • 1 yellow onion, diced  • 2 carrots, diced  • 4 cloves garlic, minced  • 1 rib celery, diced  • 1 tsp dried oregano  • 1/2 tsp black pepper  • 7 cups vegetable broth  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed  • 2 lemons, squeezed  • 1 handful fresh kale  • 1/4 cup tahini  • 1 tsp lemon zest  • 1 cup orzo  • 1/4 cup fresh dill  • 1 tsp turmeric  𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡  👇  • In a pot over medium heat, add the onion, carrot, celery and garlic. Let them until they are soften, approximately 5 minutes.  • Add the vegetable broth, drained and rinsed can of white beans, lemon juice and lemon zest to the pot.
