Check out this letter light table activity! I filled the bottom with special sand from ISME Orton Gillingham—different thicknesses for tactile exploration. Then I added translucent letters so kids can stamp the letter shapes into the sand. They can also trace letters with their finger, letting them see, feel, and write all at once.
