Honey Halloumi Spring Rolls // recipe 📩 credit: @recipebylayla Ingredients: -spring rolls ( I used Spring home spring roll pastry) -halloumi cheese -shredded mozzarella cheese -hot honey or regular honey ( I used @mikeshothoney ) -water or paste ( 1 1/2 tbsp water & 1 tbsp flour) to seal Directions: 1. If you want a less salty halloumi cheese I recommend soaking it in water for 30 min. I personally enjoyed the saltiness with the sweetness from the honey. 2. While you start rolling up the spring rolls, start heating up the oil to fry the spring rolls. 3. For the spring rolls, start by adding the paste or water to the top as shown in the video.
