Chiu Kia̍t-lûn (周杰倫; Eng-bûn: Jay Chou; 1979 nî 1 goe̍h 18 ji̍t chhut-sì ) sī Tâi-oân ê chi̍t ê liû-hêng-koa koa-chhiú, chok-khek-ka, chok-sû-ka, chhiùⁿ-poâⁿ chè-chok-jîn kap tiān-iáⁿ ián-oân. I hō͘ lâng kiò chò "Mandopop ê kok-ông" (King of Mandopop), i ê chhiùⁿ-poâⁿ lóng-chóng bē-chhut chhiau-koè 3000 bān tiuⁿ, sī Tâi-oân chhiùⁿ-poâⁿ bē-chhut siāng chē ê lâng.[1]

Chiu Kia̍t-lûn chū sè-hàn tùi im-ga̍k hèng-chhù chin toā, i tī 3 hòe khai-sí o̍h kǹg-khîm, 16 hòe khai-sí chhì siá-khek. 1997 nî 8 goe̍h, i ê tông-ha̍k chham-ka tiān-sī chhiùⁿ-koa pí-sài ê sî-hāu niū i toâⁿ kǹg-khîm phōaⁿ-chàu, tī chia chiat-bo̍k lāi-bīn Chiu Kia̍t-lûn siū kàu Ngô͘ Chong-hiàn chù-ì. Put-jî-kò, Ngô͘ Chong-hiàn jīn-ûi i bô-kàu iân-tâu, bô hoat-tō͘ khah khoài chhut-miâ, só͘-í niū i choan-sim siá-koa; i chia--ê chok-phín chē-chē ū chiâⁿ-chò hit-tong-sî chin liû-hêng ê koa-khek.
2000 nî, Chiu Kia̍t-lûn hoat-hêng kā-kī thâu tiuⁿ kò-jîn chhiùⁿ-poâⁿ Jay, chèng-sek chhut-tō. Keh-nî i hoat-hêng sin ê chhiùⁿ-poâⁿ Hoān-te̍k-se, chia chhiùⁿ-poâⁿ ê koa kiat-ha̍p tang-hng kap sai-hng ê im-ga̍k hong-keh, niū i chi̍t-ē-á chhut-miâ. Hoān-te̍k-se chia chhiùⁿ-poâⁿ ti̍t kàu hit nî Kim Khek Chióng 5 ê chióng-hāng. Í-āu i hoat-hêng cha̍p-kúi tiuⁿ kò-jîn chhiùⁿ-poâⁿ, tī Tiong-kok, Hiong-káng, Má-lâi-se-a, Sin-ka-pho téng-téng kok-ka mā siū kàu chiok chē lâng hoan-gêng. Kàu 2019 nî, i khui koè 6 tiûⁿ sè-kài sûn-hoê ián-chhiùⁿ-hoē, lóng-chóng ū 1000 bān lâng khì hiān-tiûⁿ khoàⁿ koè.[2]
