While the service is provided free of strict limits, excessive bandwidth abuse, automated scraping of random files, or intentional DDoS-style upload attacks are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle, block, or permanently ban IP ranges that violate our fair use policy.
3. End-to-End Security and Encryption
Yukisbox takes security seriously. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 (Transport Layer Security) with AES-256-GCM encryption algorithms. Our CDN leverages Cloudflare's enterprise-grade infrastructure to mitigate DDoS attacks, block malicious bots, and ensure secure handshakes.
Note on at-rest encryption: While data is securely transmitted, Yukisbox acts as a public-facing anonymous distribution node. Files are not client-side encrypted by default. If you are sharing highly sensitive or confidential data, we strongly mandate that you encrypt the files locally (e.g., via AES, PGP, or ZIP with password) before uploading them to Yukisbox. We hold no liability for data accessed via a publicly shared link.
4. Prohibited Content and Abuse Policy
Yukisbox is a platform built for sharing legitimate data, media, and code. You are strictly forbidden from uploading, distributing, or linking to any of the following restricted materials:
- Materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyright, or trademark of any third party.
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, or any malicious code intended to disrupt or damage systems.
- Illegal content under applicable international and local laws.
- Explicit content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or highly illegal material.
We actively cooperate with law enforcement and copyright holders. If prohibited content is detected or reported, we will immediately delete the data, log the violating IP, and may report the incident to relevant authorities.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Reliability

Data Loss: We are a temporary file transfer service, not a permanent backup solution. Hardware failures, network errors, or periodic server wipes may result in the loss of uploaded files. Never use Yukisbox as the sole storage medium for irreplaceable or critical data. We disclaim any liability for lost files, corrupted data, or business interruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Yukisbox, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
7. DMCA and Copyright Takedowns
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded to Yukisbox without authorization, please contact us immediately via our Abuse Reporting Page or via email at hello@yukiapi.site. Include the exact URL of the infringing file and proof of copyright ownership. We comply with DMCA regulations and will act swiftly to remove infringing materials.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
