As a Contracting Center under the direction of the U.S. Army Contracting Command, we are the Army leader in acquiring quality, technologically superior, next generation equipment and services in the shortest time for our warfighters while obtaining best value for the American taxpayer. We are a full service, life-cycle acquisition organization that is an expert in market research as well as the solicitation, award and administration of contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and other transactions. ACC-APG has 11 convenient locations: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD; Adelphi, MD; Fort Belvoir, VA; Fort Huachuca, AZ; Ft. Detrick, MD; Natick, MA; Research Triangle Park, NC, Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA, Austin, TX; Orlando, FL; and White Sands Missile Range, NM.
What We Buy
The Army Contracting Command-APG provides a full spectrum of world class, quality acquisition services. Major commodities include: Soldier equipment, aviation communications, man-portable radios, radar systems, computers, satellite communications, night vision equipment, command and control systems, sensors, information management systems, battery and power sources, intelligence/electronic warfare systems, mines/countermines, instruments and laboratory equipment, chemical/biological/nuclear items and miscellaneous equipment facilities supplies and a host of technical services that support its various customers' mission responsibilities. ACC-APG executed over 21,000 actions and obligated approx. $15 billion dollars in FY23.
