kmxexii Horror / thriller-soundtrack inspired darksynth. The downtempo / darkstroll has the feel of a relentless stalker but Ace notes someone coming to terms with their dark side so the soft tone better backs the build toward an inevitable confrontation. It's cleanly produced, though the artist sneaks in a distorted synth fill at the end of each phrase. I like the theremin-ish melody that kicks in at the 1:44 mark. I also appreciate the heartbeat rhythm coda and its increasingly distorted bass synth.
