RiverWorks An impressive debut from Abstract Rituals, featuring a series of eloquently structured and quite melodic sequencer based tracks. Faithful to Berlin school electronica, but very contemporary in tone and sound. Nice “Froese style” use of “mellotron” flute leads but it has its own tone and feel rather than being imitative. Favorite track: Presence.
