Finnish Technical Death Metal. This has skill beyond skill like I have rarely heard before... :) With a considerable amount of prog thrown into the mix, there is never a dull moment! When I first heard these guys, I was too wet behind the ears to appreciate the masterful nature of this album. Revisiting with educated and experienced ears, this is truly a landmark masterpiece of black metal, and one of the best exports from the Garden State!
