I work on the governance of digital systems and data in the public sector, with a focus on digital health infrastructure and interoperability across institutions. My work connects regulatory requirements, system architecture, and organisational processes: clarifying responsibilities, identifying risks and dependencies, and translating them into implementable requirements, safeguards, and organisational choices. This overlaps with governance, risk and compliance (GRC), but in a public-sector setting where interoperability, institutional coordination, and delivery matter as much as formal compliance. My background spans public administration and administrative law, alongside ongoing studies in computer engineering. This combination helps me work on problems where policy, technical architecture, and organisational change cannot be treated separately.
Based in Piedmont, Italy, I currently contribute to regional digital health initiatives and build open-source tools. I am particularly interested in public digital systems that need to be lawful, interoperable, sustainable, and workable in practice.
