Independent DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
I help startups deploy, scale, and secure backend systems — from MVP to production — using AWS, Terraform, Docker, and pragmatic automation.
What I do
Design, automate, and operate production-grade infrastructure.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Cloud & bare-metal deployments
- Monitoring & observability
- Data Engineering (DBT, Airflow)
- Collaborate with dev teams — write backend code when needed
About
I’m a senior DevOps and cloud infrastructure engineer with 10+ years of experience designing, automating, and running systems for startups and tech companies. I focus on solutions that are reliable, observable, and easy for teams to maintain.
I work across a wide range of technologies including AWS, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Ansible. My expertise extends to building and maintaining robust data engineering pipelines with tools like dbt and Airflow, and I am proficient in jumping into the application layer to integrate infrastructure with real products.
Co-founder of folk.software, where I’ve led infrastructure and deployment for our products.
Selected work
Built under folk.software — I designed and operated the infrastructure and deployment pipeline for a Telegram-based product, focusing on reliability and fast iteration.
AWS-based environments with Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, monitoring stacks, and secure networking for startups moving from MVP to production.
Experience running high-availability services on dedicated servers (OVH and similar), hardened Linux, terminal-first workflows (nvim, tmux).
