happy holidays! and happy wednesday! here is the chapter 5 mini sneak peek i posted a while ago on patreon and have made it available for everyone :) since i posted new sneak peeks on patreon the other day i thought i could share this one with everyone
its definitely been updated/fixed on the demos end so its not going to look the same upon release but its like 98% the same ahah as said before this is seven centric because my sneak peeks are always the start of the chapter so the character that gets some shine in the beginning is usually the character that is in the sneak peek, its not because i was favoring them over anyone else or anything :)
i wish i could share something new this holiday season but the end of the year has officially given me burn out lol so i hope those who haven't had the chance to read it enjoy this !

do you have a favorite character?
HAHA. Do you mean in literature/media? Or do you mean in my IFs?
If it’s the former, I don’t really have an all-time favorite, I just go through phases depending on what I read/watched/consumed recently.
The Traitor Baru Cormorant has been living in my brain rent-free for a good part of the past couple of months.

- Rayyan's cat picks you over them (the traitor!)
- You discover approximately 10,000 tennis trophies in their room, including one very special one
- The morning after sharing Rayyan's childhood bed, their sister asks how the night went. At the breakfast table. In front of everyone. 💀
- Rayyan's grandfather recites you a medieval Arabic love poem about fools drowning in love, looks meaningfully at Rayyan

Merry Crisis Ch 5 Early-release is live!
Chapter 5: The Crisis
At long last, the latest chapter is LIVE for ko-fi and patreon supporters! This is the one where things come to a head, and decisions have to be made… It also sets things up for the final chapter (before the extended epilogue).

- Have one last day with Qiu, Shay, or Nat on Ubin, a little island a boat ride away from mainland Singapore.
- Talk about what the future holds for the three of you, including remaining in New York or moving back to Singapore
- Commit to them, or break up, or … leave things open? (No spoilers~)

- I’ve also made some overall edits to the earlier chapters (as I had to streamline it and wrangle it into shape for possibly ending the game properly!!
