Orders placed with standard ground shipping are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless specified otherwise.
Please note that if you placed an order after 10:30 AM EST on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday. You will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
It is not always guaranteed that a sold out product will be restocked. We recommend signing up for back in stock alerts for the item you are interested in.

Due to a very high order volume, it is possible that we can over-sell on certain products, especially during new product launches or sales.
In the event your order is unable to be fulfilled, you will be notified via email and you will receive a full refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse, which is located in New York. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days to inspect and process the return. You will receive an email confirming your refund once your return is processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay with Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
