    Remove the pad from wrapper. Before application, peel off protective sheets from the adhesive strips on the back of the pad. To apply, place the pad in your bra with the contoured edges at the sides. The adhesive strips will stick to your bra, keeping the pad in place. Pads should be changed often to maintain skin health. A general guide would be after each feeding or when saturated.

I’ve used them during both day and night, and they hold up well, which is really important for a busy mom! The 200-count package is also great for having plenty on hand.

      However, the one downside I’ve noticed is that they can sometimes cause a bit of chafing around my nipples. While they’re soft and comfortable for the most part, the edges can irritate after wearing them for a while, especially if I’m wearing them for an extended period.

      Overall, I’m happy with their absorbency and performance, but I just wish they were a little gentler on the skin. Still, they’re effective and I’ll continue using them. 4 stars.
