I love everything this machine can do but there is a slight learning curve to it and the best way to go about it is trial and error. I'm glad I got the bundle that came with vinyl because you will use a lot trying to figure things out. Make sure to watch tips and tricks videos online to make it easier. Set up was easy. Was packaged very well, lots of tape to find. Love the sketch pens that came with it. The transfer paper could be better but it works. I would have liked more of a booklet with it but I can find most instructions online. There is a lot of information kind of thrown at you so pay attention. This machine will do amazing things once you figure out how to tell it to. Very happy with this purchase and I hope it will improve my business sales.

Finally!
Finally, finally got the machine! Arrived here in one piece with everything that had to come with it as part of the bundle. Now setting it up to do a test print. Will update review after set up and cut. Three stars for now as I've not used it as yet. Updated to five stars! Created a file in Illustrator and five minutes later, I'm cutting. This machine is awesome. It's extremely easy to use (I saw a lot of people complaining, saying not to buy it because it's hard to understand) once you go into it with the understanding that it's not an HP printer and it'll need a bit more effort to get going. It's like people who go from a point and shoot to a DSLR and get frustrated. It's a different level, you're going to have to adjust slightly. There are minimal buttons which are touch and I've not had a reason to reach out for tech support so far.
