I made the skin glow smoothie from Erewhon that uses sea moss gel and this worked great. I had a hard time telling which of the many advertised sea moss gels on Amazon were the best quality, but I saw that Erewhon also carried this brand on their site. I’m assuming they have high standards of quality so I figured it was a good sign. It’s a little spendy, but in line with other products. If you want to invest in this for wellness, go with this brand!

These shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I went out and spent 5 hours out at a club. I wish I had worn any other shoe. I couldn’t last 2 hours in these shoes I had to eventually sit out. I was in the club for 2 hours and I had to take multiple breaks and eventually I had to take my shoes off and walk around town. 2 hours after I have taken the shoes off I still can’t feel 4 of my toes and the pad of my foot is so sore.
