In 1925, Rinaldo and Ezilda Torre visited family in Lucca, Italy and returned home to their native San Francisco with handwritten recipes, which they used to create authentic flavored syrups. I have PCOS so I try to minimize the sugar in my diet, but I still love sweet coffees and matchas. This is by far the best tasting sugar free (SF) syrup I've had so far. The vanilla is present and there's no weird aftertaste that I've had with other SF syrups. It's high quality and the bottles arrived quickly and in good condition. It's at a good price too - I'll definitely be buying again.

    I love the sugar-free vanilla syrup for my matcha. It adds a nice sweetness without it being overpowering. It also compliments other flavors nicely. This is the only flavor syrup I'll get from now on.

    I have also tried the sugar-free caramel from Torani and I'll never get that one again! It was horrid. It tasted "fake", for lack of better word. Certainly did not taste like caramel, but the worst part was that it was too overpowering and it ruined the flavor of my matcha every single time. It tasted strong and "synthetic", like something that should not be consumed. Lesson learned. I'll stick to SF Vanilla only!

    I love Torani syrup, especially the sugar-free ones because I get all the flavor with none of the calories.

    I use this flavor mostly in coffee, but I've also used it with sparkling water and in desserts.

    I don't find an aftertaste with this brand like other sugar-free syrups. I also find that I don't need to add a ton to achieve a good flavor.

    This 4 bottle set is a spectacular value. I do recommend buying a pump for the bottle. I definitely recommend it.
